Pros and cons of LCBO Food & Drink Magazine app for iPhone and iPad

LCBO Food & Drink Magazine app good for

The app works perfectly, and magazine is beautiful, as always. Ive been patiently awaiting/hoping for the electronic version, and it definitely doesnt disappoint.
So glad this app has arrived. Just wish it would be quicker to download the new issues.
I eagerly look for Food & Drink every time I go to the LCBO! Love this mag so much I always go and grab another issue to send to my sister in Louisiana! Beautifully illustrated and well presented. Proud its Canadian! Thanks for this.
I discovered this app with the help of the Winter 2016 issue. ("Save to PDF.")
Love it! Read it on my iPad when traveling. Always enjoy the FODR but the "e" version is more convenient.
Now I dont worry about missing an issue or my local lcbo running out.

Some bad moments

Whle the app gives copies of the magazin there is no acess to archived material as one used to have with the website version. It is therefore difficult to look up past recipes.... Not a good time to throw out the old magazines, even the websit hes problems!
The best part of the app vs the printed version should be the connectivity to apps that allow you to save recipes. Unfortunately, when sending to One Note it sends low res images that cant be read.
The magazine itself is great and something that I always look forward to reading. However, the subscription button is not functional. I continually get an error saying there is no internet connection. Duh?
